Reno Air Appoints New Board Member

    RENO, Nev., Feb. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Reno Air, Inc. (Nasdaq: RENO; PCX: RNO)
today announced the appointment of Emmett Mitchell, a Phoenix-based investment
bank and broker dealer with Paradise Valley Securities, Inc., to the airline's
Board of Directors.
    Mitchell is a certified public accountant and has been with Paradise
Valley Securities for more than six years.  Prior to that, he served as Vice-
President of Administration and Secretary-Treasurer of Executone Information
Systems, Inc., a Connecticut-based communications company.  Mitchell currently
serves on the Board of Prolux Corporation and is a former board member for
Tsunami Capital Corporation.  Mitchell has extensive experience in early-stage
financing for start-up airlines and he played a key role in getting Reno Air's
finances off the ground in 1992.
