COLUMBUS, Ohio, Feb. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Donald A. Winkler, Chairman and
Chief Executive Officer of Finance One Corporation, announced that David C.
Webb has joined the company as its Chief Information Officer. In this new
position, Webb will be located in Phoenix, Arizona.
Webb graduated from London University in the United Kingdom in 1977 with a
bachelor of arts degree and earned a master of business administration degree
from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University in 1997. During his
career, Webb has held positions of increasing responsibility with units of
Marathon Oil and General Electric in Europe, North Africa and the United
States, as well as with management consulting firms in the Midwest. Prior to
joining Finance One, he had served most recently at GE Capital Automotive
Financial Services in Barrington, Illinois as its Director of Technology
Assessment and Planning/Chief Technologist.
