(Nasdaq: REDB) today announced that two class action lawsuits alleging
violations of the federal securities laws were filed against the company and
certain of its current and former officers and a director in the United States
District Court for the Northern District of California.
The complaints seek unspecified money damages. The company stated that it
believes the lawsuits are without merit and intends to defend against them
vigorously.
