latest personal finance software, Microsoft(R) Money 97, which Microsoft

balance their accounts, pay bills online and keep track of all their financial
transactions easily.
Microsoft Money 97, which runs on the Windows (R) 95 operating system,
also includes improved security technology and--for the first time--will let
users of rival Quicken (R) software easily convert their data to the Microsoft
Money format.
"This is another way for us to provide our clients with the latest online
banking technology," said Centura President Cecil Sewell. "We are very pleased
with our success in signing up new online banking clients and plan to remain
on the leading edge in online banking in North Carolina."

banking through Microsoft Money, Quicken and America Online, the world's
