OTTAWA, Dec. 20 /PRNewswire/ - Eric Goodwin, President and CEO of Fulcrum
Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: FULCF; TSE: FUL), today announced that the Board of
Directors has accepted the resignation of Peter Reid, the Company's Vice
President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer.  Mr. Reid will continue in his
position until his replacement is appointed, after which time he will continue
to serve on the Board of Directors.

lifestyle a year ago,'' said Mr. Goodwin.  ``This fall, he brought the topic
up again and we were unable to convince him to stay.  As a trusted colleague

delighted that he has agreed to stay on the Board and that we will benefit
from his counsel.''
