Banc One Names Moore Business Manager of Education Finance Group of Finance One Corporation
    COLUMBUS, Ohio, Dec. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Donald Winkler, Chairman and CEO
of Finance One Corporation, announced that Robert D. Moore has been named
Business Manager of the Education Finance Group which is part of Finance One's
Consumer Financial Services Division.
    Moore reports to Steve Alonso, President of the Consumer Financial
Services Division which is headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana.  The
Consumer Financial Services Division manages assets of $5.2 billion and is one
of the three divisions of Finance One Corporation, the fifth largest finance
company in the United States.
    Prior to joining Finance One, Moore was with USA Group, Inc., where he had
been the President and CEO of USA Group Enterprises and Executive Vice
President and Chief Marketing Officer of USA Group, a diversified financial
services organization specializing in education finance.  He will be located
at the division headquarters in Indianapolis where Finance One maintains key
tax-related and brokered home equity products.  He received a Master's degree
from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor's degree from Oral Roberts
University.
