RICHMOND, Va., Dec. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- James River Corporation (NYSE: JR)
and M-Pak Ltd., announced that James River will become a licensee of
M-Pak technology and know-how in the United States and Canada.  The M-Pak
system, launched in 1992, is a fully collapsible folding carton packaging
system with an easy opening and closing device that is ideal for storing
product that is frequently used.
    Timothy H. Bohrer, vice president, technology for James River's Packaging
