Company nabs exclusive listing of beer.com domain name and website

    DALLAS, June 24 /PRNewswire/ -- BizTraders Asset Brokers, Inc. has
recently been granted six-month, exclusive listing agreements for several
Internet properties.
    The most interesting of the properties is beer.com, a website developed by
Bill Fisher of BilFishCo LLC, which is getting over 30,000 new visitors per
month.  The site features various beer related information, a chat server, and
some thought provoking pictures of the bellies of professional beer drinkers.
The asking price for the package of assets is $95,000 and includes the domain
name, website, and e-mail list.
    Additionally, the company has signed a contract with LinkedPlanet Media
Corporation to list two properties owned by LinkedPlanet(TM), including all of
the assets of CyberLeads Information Services, Inc. and all of the assets
associated with their IntraEase(TM) product.
    CyberLeads Information Services, Inc., is a startup company formed in
Texas for the purpose of revolutionizing the process for generating qualified
business to business sales leads.  The company has generated revenues and the
assets include the pending CyberLeads(SM) service mark, website, domain name,
programs, webserver, corporate shell, database, logo, vendor list, source
list, broker list, and all other associated assets.  The asking price is
$100,000.
    IntraEase(TM) is an "Intranet in a box" developed with Microsoft(R)
Frontpage(R), SQL Server(R), and Access(R).  The product is being sold on CD
ROM and the package of assets includes the pending trademark, domain name,
logo, website, mastered CD ROM, documentation, and all other artwork and
associated assets.  The asking price is $45,000.
