HOUSTON, June 25 /PRNewswire/ -- CORESTAFF, Inc. (Nasdaq: CSTF), one of
the largest national providers of information technology and staffing
services, announced today that Business Management Data (BMD), a wholly
owned subsidiary, has been selected to provide Year 2000 compliance
services to Lincare Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: LNCR).  Lincare, headquartered in
Clearwater, Florida, is a provider of respiratory and infusion therapy and
durable medical equipment to patients in the home.
    BMD will also provide Lincare with automatic code restructuring to improve
its system maintainability and assistance in the implementation and
development of utilities for conversion of regulatory and production data.
