COLUMBUS, Feb. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Patrick J. O'Brien has joined Banc One
Insurance Services Corporation as Vice President and Indirect Insurance
Program Manager, it was announced by Glen Milesko, President of Banc One
Insurance Services Corporation.
    O'Brien, 34, will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing
insurance programs to meet the needs of Banc One's auto dealer and indirect
loan customers.  O'Brien reports to Banc One Insurance Services President
Glen Milesko.  Prior to joining Banc One, O'Brien was associated with the Ryan
Dealer Group in the Midwest as an Area and Acquisitions Manager.

dealership clients," Milesko said.  "Pat O'Brien will be working very closely
with Banc One Credit Corporation to showcase our capabilities," he added.
