VIENNA, Va., Feb. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- GRC International Inc. (NYSE: GRH)
today announced it has been awarded a five-year subcontract as part of an
ARTEL-led team for the Defense Information Systems Agency's (DISA) Joint
Interoperability and Engineering Organization Systems Engineering Contract.
ARTEL Inc. is one of eight prime contractors for the indefinite-
delivery/indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) award that will provide computer systems
engineering; application software development and maintenance; standards
support; telecommunications support; and general engineering.
GRCI's Information Systems Division (ISD) will manage the work for the
company with support by other elements of its Professional Services Operation
(PSO). The contract has a base period of one year with four option years and a
ceiling of $610 million for all contractors participating in the award.
Principal areas of work include: software development, integration and data
architecture.
