NetUSA Announces Cooperative Marketing Agreement With NeoSoft Corporation

    MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., July 1 /PRNewswire/ -- NetUSA (Nasdaq: NTSA) today
announced a cooperative marketing agreement with NeoSoft Corporation, a
leading developer and publisher of award-winning graphical software
applications for the PC platform.
    NeoSoft Corporation was founded in February of 1990.  NeoSoft graphical
applications address needs in the educational, business, and home markets,
with the focus of each product being to deliver professional tools which are
easy to learn and use.  Network compatibility is included to facilitate
integration for large organizations.  NeoSoft products are in use around the
world in more than 60 countries, as well as throughout North America.  NeoSoft
products have been translated into French, German, Spanish, Italian, Danish,
Portuguese and Kanji Japanese.  NeoSoft Corporation is a member of the
Association of Shareware Professionals and the Educational Software

    The cooperative marketing agreement announced today allows NetUSA, Inc. to
market NeoSoft Corporation's software products.  Pacific Micro, the software
division of NetUSA, Inc., will initiate the marketing and sales of NeoBook
Professional software.  This software produces multi-media electronic
publications and presentations.  NeoSoft Corporation will continue to market
this product and provide technical support.
