CORESTAFF Acquires A SAP National Implementation Partner, Multivision Consulting, Inc.

    HOUSTON, July 22 /PRNewswire/ -- CORESTAFF, Inc. (Nasdaq: CSTF), one of
the largest national providers of information technology (IT) services and
staffing services, today announced it has acquired MultiVision Consulting,
Inc.  MultiVision is a specialized provider of strategic information
technology services, focused exclusively on providing experienced resources
for implementing SAP's R/3 enterprise-wide business solutions software.
MultiVision is expected to generate 1997 gross revenues of more than $8.5
million.  Other terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
    MultiVision, headquartered in Fresno, Calif., is a National Implementation
Partner of SAP America and has fully adapted to the SAP-developed ASAP
(Accelerated SAP) implementation methodology.  SAP is business software
designed to automate manufacturing, distribution, finance and sales operations
on an enterprise-wide basis.  Prior to this transaction, MultiVision was
affiliated with Swiss-based MultiVision AG, a Logo Partner of SAP Switzerland.
Dieter Froehlich and Ralph Fasi, who founded MultiVision in 1994, will
continue to operate and manage the business after closing.  Before founding
MultiVision, Froehlich spent 10 years with SAP, and was instrumental in
building SAP's presence on the West Coast.
    MultiVision currently employs 35 consultants who have an average of over
four years of practical SAP experience and significant expertise in the
manufacturing and financial functions of the SAP R/3 system.  In addition,
MultiVision has developed proprietary software that is being sold as an add-on
to the SAP R/3 system.  This software simplifies and streamlines the SAP R/3
system authorization and auditing process.  The addition of MultiVision's
consultants to CORESTAFF will increase the total number of dedicated SAP
consultants at CORESTAFF to more than 80.

CORESTAFF expects to build a major SAP implementation practice in the United
