HORSHAM, Pa., July 23 /PRNewswire/ -- GMAC Commercial Mortgage (GMACCM)
has provided $22 million in permanent financing for the Hartford Marriott in
Farmington, CT.
The borrower on the 10-year fixed-rate refinancing loan was HMC/RGI
Hartford, LP.
GMACCM's Hospitality Division provided the loan for the four-story,
381-room hotel. The property has more than 9,000 square feet of conference
and meeting space and 521 parking spaces to accommodate guests and meeting
attendees.
