BFL Licenses Peritus' Automate:2000 Service Technology

    BILLERICA, Mass., June 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Peritus Software Services, Inc.
and BFL Software Limited today announced that the two companies have entered
into a license agreement which allows BFL Software to utilize Peritus'
Automate:2000 service technologies and methodology in providing Year 2000
renovation, conversion and consulting services to BFL's clients.  Peritus
will provide training and support to BFL Software to facilitate the successful
implementation and deployment of the Automate:2000 technology.
