Peritus and Wang Sign License Agreement to Provide Automate:2000 Services Wang Licenses Peritus' Automate:2000 Service Technology

    BILLERICA, Mass., May 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Peritus Software Services and
Wang today announced that the two companies have entered into a license
agreement which allows Wang to utilize Peritus' Automate:2000(R) Service
technologies and processes in providing Year 2000 renovation, conversion and
consulting services to Wang's clients.  Peritus will provide training and
support to Wang to facilitate the successful implementation and deployment of
the Automate:2000 Service technology.
