JTP To Use And Distribute Peritus Automate:2000(R) Service Technology

    BILLERICA, Mass. and TOKYO, Japan, May 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Peritus
Software Services and Japan Third Party Co. (JTP) today announced that they
have entered into a licensing agreement allowing JTP to offer the Peritus
Automate:2000 service and technologies to their clients.  JTP will enhance
its comprehensive Year 2000 renovation, conversion and consulting services
using the Peritus software and process, and will retain exclusive licensing
rights to the Peritus Automate:2000 service technologies for all of Japan.
Peritus will also provide training and support to JTP to facilitate
implementation and deployment of the Automate:2000 service technologies, as
well as develop Kanji (Japanese character) support.
