Reno Air Announces New Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer

    RENO, Nev., July 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Reno Air, Inc.
(Nasdaq: RENO, PCX: RNO) today announced the appointment of B.J. Rone as
Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer
reporting to the President and CEO Robert Reding.
    Rone joins Reno Air from JHM Executive Alliance, a management consulting
firm, where he served as a Principal and was responsible for several senior
management projects including raising capital.  He has over 20 years of
management experience in health care and high tech industries, which includes
CEO and President of Advacare, Inc., and various Vice President of Finance and
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) positions at Archive Corp., Texas Instruments,
and United Technologies-Mostek.

    Rone will oversee Reno Air's Finance Department and Information Technology
including capital financing, financial reporting, cash management, budget
analysis and investor relations and all management information systems.
    Reno Air celebrated its fifth anniversary of scheduled airline service on
July 1, and currently serves 23 cities with nearly 200 daily scheduled
departures.  The carrier's fleet of 30 McDonnell Douglas MD-80 and MD-90
series jets has an average age of less than seven years.  Reno Air offers
everyday low fares, advance seat assignments, frequent flyer programs, a
spacious first class cabin, "EZtrip" ticketless travel and full participation
in all major computer reservation systems.
