Bartizan, Inc. announced today plans to jointly market the "paper charger," a
highly affordable electronic point-of-sale solution for small paper-based
merchants. The "paper charger" package, priced at $119.95, plus deployment,
maintenance and transaction fees, features the Bartizan "paper charger"
terminal and a Bartizan imprinter for chargeback protection. BUYPASS will
provide processing services for merchants who have purchased the "paper
charger" package. The "paper charger" represents a radical reduction in the
time and expense of processing paper credit card slips.

both synchronous and asynchronous communications at 2400 baud and supports the
industry-standard ANSI "C" programming language. RJ-11 telephone jacks and
