announced today it has been awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) by
Naval Command, Control and Ocean Surveillance Center, In-Service Engineering ,
East Coast Division (NISE East). The BPA, the first services-based BPA issued
by NISE East under GSA's Federal Supply Services contracts, has no maximum
ordering limitation.
    The BPA covers services for systems engineering and other support for the
design, analysis, development, testing, installation, documentation and
support for various systems. The BPA addresses all of NISE East's mission
areas including Air Traffic Control, Environmental Effects and Integrated C4I
Systems, Communications, Command and Control Systems, and Intelligence Systems
Engineering.
    GRCI is the prime contractor on the BPA and has a team of 13 companies
assembled to provide a robust range of capabilities and solutions to address
organization-wide needs. Under new GSA rules, GSA's Federal Supply Service
Schedule Contractors may team to provide one-stop solutions for customer's
needs. Team members and subcontractors on this BPA include: Allied Signal
Technical Services Corp.; Argon Engineering Associates; D&A Integrated
Solutions Inc.; Darlington, Inc.; Lockheed Martin; Lucent Technologies; MELE
Associates; Quanta Systems; Raytheon E-Systems; Technical Software Services
Inc.; Vail Research and Technology; Veda, Inc.; and WGA Inc.
    The BPA provides prices at or below those offered by vendors on their GSA
schedules. This BPA is beneficial to customers because it provides a wide
range of capabilities under simplified and streamlined ordering procedures.
