(NYSE: BTR) today announced the sale of Meadows Town Mall for $6.1 million
cash. The company intends to reinvest the proceeds from the sale into
targeted acquisitions consistent with its focus on grocery-anchored open-air
shopping centers located in the upper Midwest region of the United States.
