Trega Biosciences Resolves Suit
 
    SAN DIEGO, Calif., Aug. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Trega Biosciences, Inc.
(Nasdaq: TRGA), today announced that the lawsuit filed against Trega,
ChromaXome and the officers and directors of Trega, by the founders of
ChromaXome in October 1996, has been resolved to the mutual satisfaction of
the parties and subsequently dismissed.
    Trega Biosciences is a drug discovery company utilizing combinatorial
chemistry and other technologies to pursue the discovery of novel
 small-molecule drug therapies.
