QUINCY, Ill., Aug. 4 /PRNewswire -- Ross J. Centanni, President and CEO of
Gardner Denver Machinery Inc. (Nasdaq: GDMI), has announced the reorganization

to the needs of the business and our customers and position Gardner Denver for
continued growth in the future.

Marketing, will become the Vice President and General Manager for the Gardner
