MCSI Technologies and Peritus Agree to Auto Offer Automate:2000 Services to Government Agencies

    BILLERICA, Mass., Aug. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Peritus Software Services, Inc.
(Nasdaq: PTUS) and MCSI Technologies, Inc. (MCSI) announced today that they
have entered into a license agreement to allow MCSI to use Peritus'
Automate:2000 service technologies.  Through this agreement, MCSI adds the
strength of the AutoEnhancer/2000(TM) tools to the company's project
management and technology migration expertise to help clients reach century
compliance on time.
