U.S. Army Awards GRC International $12.5 Million Strength Management System Redesign Contract

    VIENNA, Va., April 14 /PRNewswire/ -- GRC International (NYSE: GRH) today
announced it has been awarded an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity
(ID/IQ) fixed labor rate contract to continue its work on the Strength
Management System Redesign program for the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff
for Personnel (ODCSPER) and the Total Army Personnel Command (PERSCOM).  Under
the terms of the contract, GRCI will continue its work on migrating mainframe
legacy systems to a client/server environment for the Army.  The system is
used to project and optimize manpower requirements for the Army over an eight-
year horizon.
    The term of the contract is one base year with four option years and has a
maximum contract value of $12.5 million.  PRC Inc. will serve as a
subcontractor to GRCI on this program and will provide additional depth in the
personnel domain.
