domestic heavyweight air freight shipments for Dell Computer Corporation.
Under the terms of the contract, Eagle USA will be responsible for all
domestic inbound heavyweight air freight shipments for Dell Computer, as well
as all outbound next flight out (NFO) and next-day shipments.

shipments throughout the transportation network.  In an effort to expedite
information and shipment status to Dell and its customers, Eagle USA will
streamline information using Dell's assigned sales order number or their
customer's purchase order number as the corresponding Eagle USA airway bill
number.
    Effective immediately, Eagle USA will begin providing transportation
