LEWISTON, Idaho, Sept. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Dr. L. Glen Carlson, age 74, a
retired dentist in the Lewiston, Idaho area, has resigned his directorship
from FirstBank Northwest for personal reasons. Dr. Carlson served on the
Bank's board for 20 years.
Mr. Russell Zenner of Genesee, Idaho, was nominated and elected to the
board to replace Dr. Carlson. Mr. Zenner, age 50, owns an operates a 2,700
acre diversified, dry land farming operation. He is an active leader in the
community and industry. He has lobbied and testified on several industry
issues in Washington, D.C.
FirstBank Northwest's board remains at nine directors; seven outside
directors and two employee directors.
There has been no change in FirstBank Corp.'s board of directors. The
board remains at seven directors; five outside directors and two employee
directors.
