Boddie-Noell Properties Declares Dividend 

    CHARLOTTE, N.C., Jan. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Boddie-Noell Properties, Inc.
(Amex: BNP), a Charlotte, North Carolina based real estate investment trust,
today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.31 per share which will be
paid on February 15, 1999, to shareholders of record on February 1, 1999.
