BALTIMORE, March 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Crown Central Petroleum Corporation, a
subsidiary of Rosemore, Inc., announced that Frank B. Rosenberg, the
President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, has resigned
to accept the position of Executive Vice President of Rosemore. Mr. Rosenberg
has been in the management of Crown since 1986 and has served as President
since 2001. He is a graduate of Bucknell University and holds a master's
degree in business from Emory University.
Thomas L. Owsley, the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate
Secretary of the Company has been elected President. Mr. Owsley has been a
member of Crown's management team for more than twenty years. He is a
graduate of Harvard College and the University of North Carolina, School of
Law.
Andrew Lapayowker, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary, has
been elected General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Mr. Lapayowker is a
graduate of Northwestern University and George Washington University Law
School.
Headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland since 1930, Crown operates two Texas
refineries with a total capacity of 152,000 barrels per day, 314 Crown
gasoline stations and convenience stores in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern
United States, and 10 product terminals along the Colonial, Plantation and
Texas Eastern product pipelines.
