SEATTLE, March 19 /PRNewswire/ -- The following was issued today by
W. Brian Matsuyama, Chairman, President and CEO of Cascade Natural Gas
Corporation:
The Board of Directors of Cascade Natural Gas Corporation has declared the
regular quarterly dividend on Common Stock at the rate of 24 cents ($0.24) per
share, payable in cash on May 15, 2001 to stockholders of record at the close
of business on April 13, 2001.
