Camden Property Trust and AT&T Form a Marketing Alliance for Residents; Agreement to Provide Camden Residents AT&T Long Distance Services

    HOUSTON, April 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Camden Property Trust (NYSE: CPT)
announced today that it has entered into a nationwide marketing alliance with
AT&T Corp.  This nationwide marketing alliance for long distance service is an
extension of Camden's current marketing partnership with AT&T.
    Camden apartment home communities around the country already assist
residents with connections to a variety of telecommunications services from
AT&T, including telephone service, cable television, and high-speed cable
internet service.  With the new marketing alliance, residents nationwide can
now also select an AT&T long distance calling plan through their Camden
leasing office.
    "The AT&T agreement strengthens Camden's ability to offer a wide range of
telecommunications services to its residents while increasing the properties'
revenue-generation potential," said Keith Oden, President and Chief Operating
Officer of Camden.
