| Nationally Recognized Real Estate Trainer Nathan Booth Named Senior Advisor to Senior Advantage Real Estate Council |
LOS ANGELES, April 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Nathan Booth has been named senior
advisor to the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council (SAREC), the organization
announced today. SAREC confers the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES)
designation upon REALTORS(R) nationwide. Its mission is to assist REALTORS(R)
in meeting the special real estate needs and concerns of maturing Americans.

In his new role as SAREC's senior advisor, Booth will conduct SRES "Train

the emerging seniors market. Booth also is 2003 president-elect of the
Virginia Association of REALTORS(R).
