Boddie-Noell Properties Declares Dividend 

    CHARLOTTE, N.C., April 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Boddie-Noell Properties, Inc.,
(Amex: BNP), a Charlotte, North Carolina based real estate investment trust,
today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.31 per share which will be
paid on May 18, 1999, to shareholders of record on May 3, 1999.
