| Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage to Offer Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) Designation to 5,500 New England REALTORS(R) |
LOS ANGELES, April 24 /PRNewswire/ -- The Senior Advantage Real Estate
Council (SAREC) today announced that Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage New
England will offer the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) to REALTORS(R)
via a live lecture program throughout New England.
"With senior citizens owning a significant portion of residential real
estate in the U.S., the SRES designation offers an outstanding opportunity to
be trained to meet their special real estate needs and concerns," said
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage New England Training Director Patricia

SAREC is the organization that confers the Seniors Real Estate Specialist
designation upon REALTORS(R) nationwide. SAREC's mission is to assist
REALTORS(R) in meeting the special real estate needs and concerns of maturing
Americans.
