| Camden Property Trust Completes Renovation of Southern California Property |
HOUSTON, June 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Camden Property Trust (NYSE: CPT) announced today the grand reopening of Parkside Apartments in Fullerton, California. Camden acquired the 421-unit apartment community in early 1998 and recently completed a multi-million dollar capital improvement program at the property. Both interior and exterior renovations were completed for all units, and significant enhancements were made to the property's clubhouse, leasing office and recreation center. Parkside Apartments feature one and two bedroom units ranging from 650 square feet to 1,050 square feet, and monthly rents start at $850. The property has two state-of-the-art fitness centers, four swimming pools with sundecks, two lighted tennis courts, covered parking and many other modern amenities. The public is invited to attend a ribbon cutting ceremony at the property at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 8th, followed by a reception and open house.
