NEW YORK, June 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Revlon, Inc. (NYSE: REV) today announced
that it has signed an agreement with Dr. Patricia Wexler under which she would
provide consulting services related to the development and promotion of new
skin care and cosmetic products for the mass market.
Jeffrey M. Nugent, President and CEO, said "Dr. Wexler's medical expertise

Patricia Wexler, M.D., specializes in dermatology and dermatologic
surgery, including state-of-the-art cosmetic surgical procedures. Currently
an attending physician at Beth Israel Medical Center, Dr. Wexler teaches at
its dermatology surgery clinic and operates a successful private practice in
Manhattan. She is an assistant clinical professor at Albert Einstein School
of Medicine, and is a board certified member of both the American Board of
Internal Medicine and the American Board of Dermatology, as well as Fellow of
the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery. She was the recipient of the
American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery Award for Excellence in Cosmetic Surgery.
She is a published author of medical research and has been a consultant in the
development of several skin care and make-up lines currently available in
specialty stores nationwide.

In a related announcement, Revlon announced on June 15, 2000, that they
had entered into an exclusive licensing agreement with Senetek PLC, a
biopharmaceutical company, which provides Revlon with Senetek's patented
Kinetin(TM) skincare technology for use in creating skin care and cosmetic
products. Terms of the agreement grant Revlon exclusive worldwide rights for
Kinetin(TM) in the mass market, excluding parts of Asia.
