RE/MAX Franchisees Across California Signing up With Natural Hazards Disclosure, the Golden State's Premier Disclosure Report Company for Homebuyers and Sellers

Real Estate Brokerage Firms With More Than 20 Offices and Nearly
1,600 REALTOR(R) Associates Now Have Direct Access
to Disclosure Reports From Industry Leader

LOS ANGELES, July 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Natural Hazards Disclosure (NHD), a
real estate disclosure reporting company, today announced that several RE/MAX
firms from around the state have signed up as distributors of NHD's
proprietary disclosure reports. The arrangement will enable RE/MAX agents to
order and receive disclosure reports online.
Disclosure of natural hazards is one of a slate of disclosure
responsibilities incumbent upon homeowners and their REALTORS(R) when selling
a home in California.
"Offering our REALTOR(R) associates the opportunity to order and receive
disclosure reports electronically through NHD is another way our firms can
provide transactional support products from a recognized industry leader,"
said Gary Thomas, broker/owner of RE/MAX Real Estate Services in Aliso Viejo,
Calif. "Most importantly, with NHD and its relationship with the California
Association of REALTORS(R), we know we're dealing with a reputable firm."
NHD's unrivaled reputation in the real estate community, backed by
$20 million in errors-and-omissions insurance, stems from the expertise that
comes from years of experience and a dedicated, professional staff. There has
never been a lawsuit filed against NHD, nor has the company ever had need to
settle a potential claim. Not every disclosure company can make that
statement.
"Through our agreement with NHD, our RE/MAX agents now will have seamless
access to disclosure reports, while providing a necessary service to their
clients," said Dennis Badagliacco, broker/owner of RE/MAX Valley Properties in
San Jose, Calif. "The company's reputation and track record of customer
service is without equal in the disclosure industry, and we're proud to offer
NHD's product array to our agents and their clients."

Santa Clarita, Calif.-based Natural Hazards Disclosure was founded in
1995. The company, a Real Estate Business Services Inc. subsidiary, provides
natural hazard disclosure reports for California real estate transactions.
