Support Services Conference & Expo to Showcase Industry's Hottest Issues And Technologies

    NEEDHAM, Mass., July 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Ziff-Davis (NYSE: ZD) today
announced that the premier event for customer service and technical support
will be held at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, September 8-11.  Support
Services Conference & Expo, produced by ZD Events, will provide innovative
ideas and perspectives, new technologies and resources, and networking
opportunities to the estimated 6,000 help desk, technical support, customer
service, and call center professionals expected to attend.
    Over 140 leading companies will showcase the latest customer support and
service products and strategies including call center applications, customer
management systems, diagnostic tools, knowledge systems, help desk solutions,
sales and marketing automation software, and online support technologies.
Among the exhibitors that will be displaying these type of products are Baan,
Clarify, Inc., Computer Associates, Network Associates, Oracle Corporation,

Systems, and The Vantive Corporation.
    As the industry's most comprehensive educational program, the Conference
will feature more than 120 sessions that offer practical, how-to information

Herman Group, will wrap-up Support Services Conference & Expo with "Riding the
Waves of Turbulence".
