Executives to Meet New SEC Requirement by Certifying Results for Year Ending Aug. 30 MILPITAS, Calif., Aug. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Solectron Corporation (NYSE: SLR), a leading provider of electronics manufacturing and supply-chain management services, said today that Koichi Nishimura, chairman, president and chief executive officer, and Kiran Patel, executive vice president and chief financial officer, each intend to certify the accuracy of the company's 2002 annual report on Form 10-K when it is filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission by Nov. 29.
