Lucent Subsidiary to Provide Turnkey Solutions to Resellers of Intel's
Converged Communication Solutions
PHOENIX, Nov. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- AG Communication Systems (AGCS),
subsidiary of Lucent Technologies (NYSE: LU), today announced an agreement
with Intel to provide network services, including system integration,
development and testing, to Intel's Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and
Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). This will enable solution providers
to provide comprehensive, turnkey solutions to their customers.
