NEW YORK, Nov. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Revlon, Inc. (NYSE: REV) announced today
that M. Katherine Dwyer, President, Revlon Consumer Products USA resigned
effective January 3, 2000 to pursue a CEO opportunity.
"Kathy has made significant contributions to our business during one of

Administrative Officer, Irwin Engelman. "She has left a strong management
team behind her which is well prepared to carry the Company forward, and we

Ms. Dwyer joined Revlon in June 1993 as Executive Vice President of
Marketing. She was appointed President, Revlon Consumer Products USA in
January, 1998 after serving as President of Revlon Cosmetics USA since 1995.
In her most recent capacity, Ms. Dwyer was responsible for the product
development, marketing and sales of all of the consumer brands in the U.S.,
including Revlon, Almay and Ultima II.
