SEATTLE, Dec. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- The following is being issued by W. Brian
Matsuyama, President, Chairman and CEO of Cascade Natural Gas Corporation:
The Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of Cascade Natural Gas
Corporation (NYSE: CGC) has declared the regular quarterly dividend on Common
Stock at the rate of 24 cents ($0.24) per share payable in cash on February
15, 2000, to stockholders of record at the close of business on January 14,
2000.
The Executive Committee of the Board of Directors also declared regular
quarterly dividends of 13 cents ($0.1375) per share on the 55 cent Cumulative
Preferred Stock, payable in cash February 1, 2000, to stockholders of record
at the close of business on January 14, 2000.
