| Universal Self Care, Inc. Extends the Expiration Date Of its Outstanding Class A Warrants |
LIVONIA, Mich., Dec. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Universal Self Care, Inc.
(Nasdaq: USCI) (Warrants USCIW) today announced that the expiration date of
the Company's outstanding Class A warrants has been extended from 5 a.m. EST,
on December 10, 1997 to 5 p.m. on December 10, 1998. The warrants are
exerciseable for common stock at $3.30 per share.
