The contract between Wyndgate and Valley General Hospital was developed
in close collaboration with Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc. of Siemens
AG (NYSE: SI). Siemens will be supplying the hospital's Laboratory
Information System (LIS), which will interface with Wyndgate's transfusion
management system.
