LONDON, February 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Mimecast the web-based unified email
management company, has announced the appointment of ex-KVS CEO Mike Hedger
as chairman.
Hedger brings with him a wealth of experience in building
market-leading companies. He master-minded the growth of email archiving
company KVault from its inception in 1999 to its successful sale to Veritas
for a sum of $225 million in 2004. His former experience includes a four
year stint as EVP worldwide operations at Forte, building the European
business before moving on to head up Worldwide Operations and culminating
in a successful acquisition by Sun for $700 million. His earlier career
included positions as VP Marketing Operations EMEA for Oracle, managing
director UK and Northern Europe for INGRES/ASK and successful sales careers
at WANG and IBM.

Software-as-a-Service email management solution. It has experienced growth
of 300% year-on-year since it was founded in 2003 and our sights are set on
