HOLLYWOOD, Fla., Feb. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Seminole Hard Rock
Entertainment, Inc., (SHRE, Inc.), and Seminole Hard Rock International,
LLC, (SHRI, LLC), parent companies of Hard Rock International, today
announced the appointment of four new individuals to serve on the Board of
Directors of SHRE, Inc. and SHRI, LLC.
They join Jim Shore, James F. Allen and Brad Buchanan as directors of
SHRE, Inc. and managers of SHRI, LLC. They are:
-- Richard Bowers Jr., the current Vice Chairman of the governing Tribal
Council of the Seminole Tribe of Florida. Bowers also serves as
President of Seminole Tribe of Florida, Inc., which directs certain
business interests of the Tribe;
-- Elrod Bowers, the current Chief Operating Officer of the Seminole
Tribe of Florida;
-- Robert L. Gips, special counsel on Indian affairs at the law firm of
Drummond, Woodsum & MacMahon in Portland, Maine; and
-- Michael D. Rumbolz, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cash
Systems, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed company focused on the casino cash
access industry.
