aligning its leading sports and entertainment marketing companies in North
America under Fuse Sports & Entertainment Group, bringing together an
unparalleled combination of resources that include consulting, strategy
development, content creation and distribution. Steve Grubbs, previously
head of PHD North America, becomes CEO of Fuse Sports and Entertainment
Group North America, announced Daryl Simm, Chairman and CEO of Omnicom
Media Group, a unit of Omnicom Group Inc. (NYSE: OMC). Robert Riesenberg,
CEO of Full Circle Entertainment, now adds the additional title of
President of Fuse Sports & Entertainment Group.
Fuse Sports & Entertainment Group aligns four top specialist companies
in the sports and entertainment marketing arena, including:
* Optimum Entertainment, a leading entertainment marketing consultancy
that works with some of the best known consumer brand clients to create
and execute entertainment strategies across TV, film and digital
platforms. Guy McCarter continues as Director of Optimum Entertainment.
* Optimum Sports, which merges sports marketing with media strategy and
buying expertise. As a leading U.S. sports media buyer, Optimum Sports
develops and stewards some of the most creative and effective sports
sponsorships. The company also serves as a consultant for rights
negotiation and property development for several sports leagues. The
operation is led by Co-Directors Ray Katz and Tom McGovern.
* Full-Circle Entertainment, a content development and production company
specializing in brand marketing integration. Full-Circle is led by an

All of the executives will report to Mr. Grubbs who reports to Mr. Simm.
