ST. PAUL, Minn., April 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - CHS Inc. (Nasdaq: CHSCP)
announces it is extending its propane marketing area to include customers
served by three terminals in Indiana, Missouri and Arkansas. CHS markets
under the Cenex(R) energy brand.
Effective April 1, 2005, CHS will market propane out of terminals in
Lebanon, Ind., Dexter, Mo., and West Memphis, Ark., as an extension of its
long-standing marketing agreement with SemStream, LP, its propane supplier.
SemStream of Tulsa, Okla., recently acquired the terminals from Texon LP of
Houston, Texas. With the expansion, CHS now markets propane in 42 states.

SemStream to customers served by these terminals," said Paul Culver, senior
vice president, Propane, for CHS. "This is an excellent opportunity to extend
the benefits of business management tools like our online Propane Control Room
to new customers."
Culver said CHS representatives are currently contacting customers of
those terminals to achieve a smooth transition for their propane business.
