Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: NATK) subsidiary Tie Tek, LLC has added three key people
to its management team to implement the Company's aggressive growth strategy.
Tie Tek is building two new manufacturing lines at its Marshall, TX facility
with the first production scheduled this month. The new lines will quadruple
the Company's capacity to supply composite railroad ties to its customers.
Henry Sullivan, President of Tie Tek said, "We are fortunate to have a

world leader in composite railroad crossties." Key personnel additions
include:
Mr. David Collins, Director of Operations. Mr. Collins has more than
20 years of experience in general management, marketing/sales and operations
in international plastics manufacturing. His experience includes General
Manager with BPX Films and Vice President/General Manager, Pacific Asia with
the Cabot Corporation. Mr. Collins' educational background includes MBA, BS
Industrial Engineering and MA in Psychology (Organizational Behavior
Specialization) degrees.
Mr. John McGarigal, Director of Engineering. Mr. McGarigal has over
16 years of international construction and project management background in
plastics and solids processing. His most recent experience was with Mustang
Engineering, an international engineering and construction management firm.
Mr. McGarigal has a BS in Mechanical Engineering.
Mr. Dan Brink, Director of Sales. Mr. Brink has 16 years of sales and
marketing experience to the transportation industry with the most recent
5 years with U.S. Plastic Lumber Corporation as National Sales Manager for the
Transportation and OEM Division. Mr. Brink is a member of the Composite Tie
Sub-Committee of AREMA, The American Railway Engineering and Maintenance of
Way Association, and has degrees in Business and General Studies.
Tie Tek manufactures composite railroad crossties from recycled plastics
and scrap tires using its patented formulation and manufacturing technologies.
Tie Tek(TM) structural composite railroad ties are a cost-effective and
environmentally-friendly alternative to preservative treated hardwood.
