finding out if their recipes made the cut in the Mrs. Fields and iVillage
Search for the 30th Anniversary Cookie Contest -- and the competition is
HOT.
This year marks the 30th Anniversary of Mrs. Fields, and to celebrate,
America's favorite cookie maker has teamed with iVillage.com for the first-
ever online user-generated "cookie bake off." Bakers around the country
submitted their best recipes -- everything from Chocolate Oaties to Fruity
Lemon Cream Flurries -- in the hopes of being the inspiration behind the
next great Mrs. Fields cookie. Now Mrs. Fields Baking Experts, with help
from more than 4,000 online votes, have narrowed down the entries.
WHO: Mrs. Fields and iVillage are proud to announce the 30 recipes that

NEXT: The public now has the chance to weigh in on their favorites
among the top 30 by voting at http://mrsfields.ivillage.com/. The votes
will help nominate the top five cookies, which will be announced in late
August. From there, one grand prize winner will be selected and the baker
behind the recipe will go down in Mrs. Fields history.
THE PRIZE: In addition to bragging rights, the winning cookie will be
sold nationwide at over 400 Mrs. Fields stores and on Mrsfields.com, and
the winner will receive a trip for two to New York City, as well as GE
Profile(TM) appliances to furnish their very own dream kitchen, including a
stainless steel Energy Star(R) Refrigerator with dispenser, a freestanding
Electric Range, a Built-in Dishwasher, and a Spacemaker XL 1800 Microwave
Oven.
